We use a international signed for service with the Royalmail for all international consignments. Please note that once a package has been signed for by someone, it’s no longer our responsibility.
Due to severe weather conditions, there may be a delay with the delivery of your order and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be assured we are doing all we can to get orders delivered on time.
Delivery Costs & Times
Generally, we will process your order within 2-3 working days. We deliver all countries around the globe.
NB – We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery.

*You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands.
How to track your order
If your order’s taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at Royal Mail Track & Trace, simply enter your tracking number in the box on the left of the homepage.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email by Royal Mail.
Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on +44 ( 0) 871 971 0020 9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday*. Or email them on sales@apeandapple.com. Either way you’ll need to quote your order number.
